ACH Processing

Also referred to as e-check processing, ACH processing allows you to automatically transfer funds to and from your bank account without handling checks or going to the bank. Learn more about ACH Processing.

Check Conversion

Check Conversion allows merchants to quickly convert checks into electronic transactions, eliminating the need to make bank deposits. Simply slide checks through a reader for authorization and conversion and hand them back to the check writers. Funds are typically available the next business day.

Check Guarantee

Check Guarantee allows merchants to accept checks with peace-of-mind: they will receive the funds the next business day as well as a guarantee* that they will not be held financially responsible for returned checks.

Check Verification

Check Verification occurs at the point-of-sale using check and check writer data (Drivers License number and the routing and account numbers on the check) to inform a merchant if the writer has negative information on a large database of “bad check writers”. If the writer is not in the database, they are approved and the merchant deposits the check into their bank. If they are in the database, the merchant must decide whether to accept the check.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) is the commonly used term for electronically depositing checks from your office instead of transporting them to a bank. RDC is designed for merchants in a non-retail setting, who want to convert an entire day’s checks at once, typically at the end of the day.
